Julie Glusker
Since 2008, Julie has delivered holistic college counseling services to high achieving students and student athletes grades 7-12+ nationally and internationally. Whether advising students academically, athletically or personally, Julie guides students to find their deepest confidence, motivation, and resilience as they build compelling, meaningful profiles for secondary school, college, or graduate school.
A member of the NACAC, IECA and WACAC, Julie has been a Director of College Counseling at the Khan Lab School and US Performance Academy; she holds a B.A. in English from Dartmouth College and M.A. in English and Writing from Middlebury College’s Bread Loaf School of English.
Julie’s approach
Aim Advising provides comprehensive, student-centered college counseling. Julie’s various organizational and planning tools ensure students remain on track throughout the process. Approached thoughtfully and intentionally, the college application journey can be empowering, reflective, and rewarding. Julie encourages student agency and independence while also providing structured and timely guidance. Julie is certified in the ethical use of AI for college admissions and stays informed and current with evolving trends, policies, and best practices in the field.
